Naoki Takizawa’s AW2000 collection for Issey Miyake explored the realm of technical and utilitarian wear with wearability considered. It was his third display for the brand, and has grown to become some of his most coveted work. While the overall feel of the collection was severe and the garments were heavy duty, a sense of humor was present on the runway. Models walked in ballistic nylon bomber jackets while fidgeting with Game Boys and pointing video cameras at each other and the audience.

Carrying on with the more fun-loving aspect of the collection, this high-visibility neon green puffer features a contrasting orange fleece interior, and a litany of details including translucent blue zippers, black nylon trim, and optional high-neck closure.
