These cargos feature numerous key signifiers from Jun Takahashi’s legendary “Scab” collection, including the inverted crescent moon, which was borrowed from the cover of the Scottish hardcore band Sedition’s 1993 album “Earth Beat.” Its jagged and prehistoric underpinnings were an inspired, yet natural addition to the aesthetic of the crust punks Jun paid tribute to. Further detailing includes the encircling zipper and D-rings which embellish the waist; both of which appeared repeatedly across pants from the season.
