Though Raf Simons’ past collections were rife with iconography of his musical heroes — Peter Murphy and David Bowie among others — fall 1998 was his first collection in which an artist’s presence was made completely inextricable. The season’s title, “Radioactivity,” borrows its name from an album by the genre-altering German electronic group, Kraftwerk.

This top is done in a stretchy cotton blend, giving it the razor slim silhouette which Raf repeatedly employed throughout the ‘90s.

Condition: 7.5/10. General feeling of wear, damage around the cuffs from repaired stitching. Cracking on the print.
